Karta Legal's Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Program provides all of the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage Lean Six Sigma projects. As part of the project leadership, it will be essential to ensure you are proficient with managing a project and providing competent reporting and data analysis techniques.
Training is conducted virtually online and uses a multi-media format that includes audio by Lean Six Sigma experts, examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations and quizzes, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available. The Karta Legal team will provide guidance and feedback throughout the “self-paced” course, which can be accessed at any time. On average, students complete the course in 105 hours (average completion time, actual time may vary)
